Cleaning the grease of peanut oil press machine requires different methods according to the different conditions of external and internal (squeezing chamber, screw, etc.).

External cleaning of fuselage

The grease on the outside of the fuselage is relatively easy to deal with, and the key is to clean it in time to prevent the grease from hardening.

Cleaner: You can use dish detergent, neutral detergent, or specialized detergent.
Tools: Prepare a soft cloth or sponge to wipe, for stubborn stains, you can gently brush with a soft bristle brush.
Steps: Spray the cleaner on the rag or shell, and after wiping, be sure to dry it in time to prevent rust.

Cleaning of chamber and screw interior

The interior is the focus and difficulty of cleaning, and different methods can be chosen depending on the stubbornness of the grease.

1. Light grease: water washing method

For cases where the grease is not serious soon after use, you can try washing with water.

Operation: Pour boiling water from the feed port, start the machine to run and rinse.
Principle: The temperature of boiling water helps to soften and remove oil stains and residues.
Note: Rinse until the drained water is no longer cloudy.

2. Stubborn grease: special cleaning agent method

For stubborn grease that accumulates over a long period of time, special cleaning agents are required.

Selection: Be sure to choose special cleaning agent for food machinery to ensure safety and non-toxicity.
Operation: Apply the cleaning agent evenly to the area to be cleaned, and let it stand for a period of time to fully react and dissolve the grease. After that, rinse it thoroughly with plenty of boiling water to ensure that there is no residue.

3. Convenient method: "self-cleaning" of oil crops

It is a method of using oil crops to carry away grease during oil extraction.

Operation: Choose some low-cost oil crops (such as a small amount of peanuts, soybeans, etc.) and put them into the machine to run for a period of time.
Principle: The extrusion process of new oil can help remove old scale from the inside of the machine.

4. Deep cleaning: disassembly cleaning method

For situations that require thorough cleaning, disassembly cleaning can be performed. Note: Always turn off the power before operation!

Disassembly: Remove the hopper, oil receiving box and other components in turn, then loosen the locking ring, and carefully extract the squeezing chamber.
Cleaning:
First, use a wooden stick to remove the large residue in the squeezing chamber.
Clean the removed parts such as the squeezing chamber and screw with a brush and clean water (or add dish detergent).
For the screw, you can wrap it with a dry rag and wipe it when the machine is driven and reversed.
Installation: After all the components are wiped dry, assemble them back as they are.

Cleaning of oil filter

Oil filter machine long-term contact with crude oil, also easy to produce grease.
Pay attention to cleaning the inner and outer walls of the oil drum.
The filter cloth can be cleaned with dishwashing liquid with water. To ensure the effect, it is recommended to replace it regularly.

Cleaning precautions

Safety First: Always disconnect the power before cleaning.
Tool selection: Avoid using hard objects such as wire balls and metal scrapers to avoid scratching the surface of the equipment.
Electrical waterproofing: When cleaning the fuselage, be careful not to let water enter the electrical parts such as the motor.
Dry thoroughly: After cleaning, wipe or dry all parts thoroughly to prevent rust.
Regular inspection: Check the parts for wear after cleaning, and pay attention to proper lubrication of moving parts.

Generally speaking, daily external cleaning and flexible selection of internal cleaning methods according to the degree of grease are the keys to keep the oil press running efficiently and hygienically.
